Therefore, the losses of most smelters narrowed to 100-200 yuan/mt compared with a week ago. Some smelters even stood around the break-even point. However, as lead price remained low and fluctuated, more smelters reduced the production. According to the research, the total output cut of three secondary refined lead smelters that reduced the production last week stood at about 350 mt/day.
